Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls from customers
- Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
- High volume data administration to assist in updating driver loads/certificates
- Assist with customer queries and organise credits/invoices
- Other Administrative tasks as required
- Proven high volume administrative experience
- Customer service experience
- Good phone manners
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Able to operate in a high-pressure environment
- Willing to work over Christmas holiday period
- High attention to detail
- Salesforce/CRM experience – Desirable – training provided
- Monday to Friday hours – enjoy your weekends
