About the Role:
You’ll provide vital support to our recruitment team, helping manage candidate administration, scheduling, and documentation. This is a hands-on, in-office role that requires someone who is reliable, organised and enjoys working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formatting and managing resumes and candidate documents
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating appointments
- Maintaining internal systems and records
- Assisting with onboarding, compliance, and admin tasks
- Supporting the recruitment team while managing tasks independently
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Must have Drivers Licence and own reliable transport
