Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all products scheduled for destruction.
- Prepare destruction certificates, manifests, reports, and supporting documentation (POD/COD).
- Enter and update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and client portals.
- Communicate with clients, transport providers, and internal teams regarding job status.
- Assist with scheduling destruction jobs and coordinating logistics.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Support audits by providing organised and accessible records.
- Respond to customer inquiries about destruction processes.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Strong MS Office suite skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
- Salesforce, Coupa, or JDE experience – training provided.
- Invoicing experience – training provided.
- Training provided for Salesforce, Coupa, JDE, and invoicing — skill-building opportunity.
