This role will see you supporting administrative and payroll functions, working with high volumes of data, and ensuring accuracy across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in some form of site/industrial/mining administrative or finance support roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Bulk Payroll entry experience – 30 plus time sheet entries per day
- Experience working with blue collar employees in an industrial environment.
- Advanced accurate data entry skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven experience meeting daily deadlines and follow through on outstanding items.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and think outside the box.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Any experience with myTrack contractor management system a distinct advantage
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Reliable, willing to turn up to work
- Vehicle to be able to get to work
- 6 month contract with potential for ongoing/permanent conversion
