Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manage r with internal and external marketing and promotional activities , including campaigns, launches, sponsorships, events, exhibitions, presentations & publications.
- Coordinate & contribute to digital marketing and content management across social media platforms , applying creative design, branding, proofreading & preparation of public-facing materials.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data for reporting & auditing purposes.
- Provide administrative & operational support, including preparing and modifying documents, coordinating meetings & events, scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, & information distribution.
- Completion of, or progress toward, a Diploma in Marketing/Public Relations Management (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Strong relationship-building, administrative, time-management, & communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a proactive team member, adapt effectively, & deliver marketing, communications, & media outcomes aligned with strategic objectives & targets.
- Current NT C-Class Driver's Licence
- Working with Children's Card
- National Police Check/International Police Check (If Applicable)
