Key responsibilities
- Providing administration support across the Brisbane branches
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and incoming mail
- Preparing presentations, reports, and branch documentation
- Coordinating branch meetings and communicating company updates
- Assisting with trade shows, branch events, training sessions, and catering coordination
- Participating in the National Events Committee
- Liaising with facilities teams regarding building maintenance, repairs, and site security
- Conducting Quarterly Workplace Inspections and supporting compliance requirements
- Ordering office supplies and supporting project work and conferences
- Providing on-ground support to teams across the business
- Working alongside the DC Manager to help foster a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Welcoming and assisting new starters with onboarding, site tours, inductions, and equipment setup
- Supporting additional tasks and projects as required
- Previous experience in administration, branch coordination, office support, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box
- Confidence working independently and within a team environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
