About the Role:
As our new Business Admin Trainee, you’ll rotate through four key office divisions over the first 3 months to build a strong foundation of skills and knowledge. Your time will be split across:
- Contracts – Learn the ins and outs of contract administration and compliance.
- General Admin – Get a feel for day-to-day office support, document handling, and reception duties.
- Human Resources – Support HR processes such as onboarding, training records, and employee engagement.
- Operators Admin – Assist with rostering, data entry, and communication between operations and management.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in business admin
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply
