We are seeking a Customer Service Officer  in Armadale WA

In this role, you will provide front-of-house customer service, administrative support, and assist with community programs and events that connect and support local community members.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will deliver friendly and professional service while helping ensure the centre remains a welcoming and inclusive space for the community.

Please note: This is an identified Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander position.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service
  • Provide front-of-house support and act as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries
  • Assist community members to access relevant services, programs and activities
  • Respond to general enquiries and resolve routine issues in a professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with community members and service providers
Administration
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal systems
  • Assist with documentation, reporting and communication tasks
Community Engagement
  • Assist with organising and coordinating community programs and events
  • Support event logistics including venues, catering, supplies and preparation
  • Participate in community activities and engagement initiatives
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in supporting community outcomes.
You will bring:

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

Requirements
  • This is an identified Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander position
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
