Goal Indigenous Services are looking for a proactive & professional Customer Service & Contact Centre Representative with contact centre experience to join our Darwin team.

What you'll do
  • Answer & direct incoming calls with professionalism & efficiency
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints & queries
  • Advise customers on compliance issues (OHS, SW regulations)
  • Manage & respond to emails in shared mailboxes
  • Book & schedule services
  • Handle dispute resolution calmly & effectively
  • Update service records (POs, access requirements, etc.)
What you'll bring
  • Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), & previous call centre/contact centre experience 
  • Preferred: CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
  • Strong multitasking & organisational skills
  • High attention to detail & commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
