What you'll do
- Answer & direct incoming calls with professionalism & efficiency
- Provide solutions to customer complaints & queries
- Advise customers on compliance issues (OHS, SW regulations)
- Manage & respond to emails in shared mailboxes
- Book & schedule services
- Handle dispute resolution calmly & effectively
- Update service records (POs, access requirements, etc.)
- Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), & previous call centre/contact centre experience
- Preferred: CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Strong multitasking & organisational skills
- High attention to detail & commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic - you understand the importance of being present & prepared
