Goal Indigenous Services are seeking candidates in Wingfield, South Australia for a Customer Service role.

12-Month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Provide advice to customers regarding grease trap issues, including compliance with occupational health & safety regulations. 
  • Monitor and respond to emails in shared inboxes, maintaining timely and clear communication.
  • Schedule and confirm regular service bookings.
  • Handle dispute resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and service integrity.
  • Update service records with relevant information such as purchase orders, access requirements, etc.
Required:
  •  Experienced in Contact Centre operations, confident using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good work ethic & understanding the importance of turning up to work everyday.
  • Commitment to safety.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work individually & part of a team
  • High attention to detail.
Desired:
  • Previous call centre experience and multitasking skills.
