12-Month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Provide advice to customers regarding grease trap issues, including compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
- Monitor and respond to emails in shared inboxes, maintaining timely and clear communication.
- Schedule and confirm regular service bookings.
- Handle dispute resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and service integrity.
- Update service records with relevant information such as purchase orders, access requirements, etc.
- Experienced in Contact Centre operations, confident using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good work ethic & understanding the importance of turning up to work everyday.
- Commitment to safety.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work individually & part of a team
- High attention to detail.
- Previous call centre experience and multitasking skills.
