Goal Indigenous Services is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a supportive team where your communication skills and attention to detail truly shine. This role blends phone-based customer support with admin tasks, offering variety and growth. You’ll begin with phone and case training, with opportunities to progress into account setups, closures, and data maintenance.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide clear, helpful support
  • Resolve service issues and rebook missed services
  • Action Salesforce cases and manage a high volume of daily tasks
  • Respond to shared inbox emails
  • Update customer information and schedule services
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong customer service background
  • Confident using Office 365
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, patient, and committed to turning up and doing your best
  • Self-motivated, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Call centre or Salesforce experience
