About the Role
You will be responsible for making 50–100 outbound calls per day, identifying leads and opportunities, and passing interested prospects to the QLD Solids New Business team. You’ll also manage Salesforce cases and handle related admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a structured script
- Identify leads and opportunities for the sales team
- Update and maintain Salesforce cases (multi-tasking 100+ activities/day)
- Work closely with New Business representatives to hand overqualified leads
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Patient, resilient, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
