As the Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, you’ll support the coordination and delivery of initiatives that promote inclusion, cultural safety, and workforce diversity. Working alongside leaders and HR teams, you’ll help bring programs to life and support the development of an inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs and initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for training, events, and employee network meetings
- Assist in developing internal D&I communications and promotional content
- Provide general advice to employees and leaders on D&I practices
- Assist with reporting, planning tools, and evaluation of D&I outcomes
- Support compliance requirements and cultural event participation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting HR, diversity, or inclusion-related programs
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cultural safety programs or D&I strategies
- Familiarity with legislative or policy frameworks in diversity/inclusion
