About the Role
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant equipment.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose faults to minimise downtime.
- Isolate equipment for safe maintenance and operational tasks.
- Report defects and complete maintenance records accurately.
- Collaborate with planners, schedulers, and other maintenance teams.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance standards and equipment reliability are met at all times.
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Fixed Plant Mechanic .
- Experience in fixed plant operations and diagnostic fault finding.
- Basic understanding of SAP or other maintenance systems.
- Ability to work independently and within small maintenance teams.
- Current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (Manual).
- HR Driver’s Licence (highly regarded).
- Confined Space, Working at Heights, and First Aid certifications.
- High Risk Work Licences (LF, WP, DG, RB, OHS, etc.) highly regarded.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- FIFO 8:6 or 7:7 rosters from WA hubs (flights, meals & camp included).
