This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with people, staying organised and supporting important governance processes. You'll assist with nominations, vacancies, community enquiries, meeting coordination and record management while working closely with internal stakeholders and community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, registers and filing systems
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
- Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation
- Manage enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate police checks and related administration
- Support governance and compliance activities
- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Willingness to undertake occasional remote travel when required
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
