This is a physically demanding role that involves regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the shift.
Key Duties
- Collect hard waste from residential kerbsides
- Work alongside the driver/team leader to complete collection routes
- Lift, push, pull and load items safely onto the vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions on site
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Good customer service approach when interacting with residents
- Ability to pass Pre-employment medical
