In this role you will work closely with the Executive Assistant, playing a key role in keeping the office running seamlessly while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including executive teams
- Assist with preparation & distribution of Board & management reports
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, & support finance processes
- Manage the company info inbox & office phone lines
- Coordinate maintenance requests & contractor engagement
- Manage incoming & outgoing mail, freight, & courier services
- Coordinate staff uniforms, business cards, ID cards, & office inductions
- Coordinate internal meetings & events
- Previous experience in a corporate office or administration
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently
- NT Driver’s Licence & own transport
- Eligibility to pass required security checks
- Experience with procurement & finance processes (purchase orders, invoicing)
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
