Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (phone, email & in-person).
- Coordinate office operations, property maintenance, building access, security passes & contractor management.
- Manage reception, mail distribution, couriers and visitor compliance (safety & security requirements).
- Support management with administration tasks including purchase orders, onboarding, and supplier applications.
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, stationery, and equipment within budget.
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming office environment.
- Previous experience in office management, reception or administration.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
