Goal Indigenous Services are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Reception & Office Coordinator to join our team in WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (phone, email & in-person).
  • Coordinate office operations, property maintenance, building access, security passes & contractor management.
  • Manage reception, mail distribution, couriers and visitor compliance (safety & security requirements).
  • Support management with administration tasks including purchase orders, onboarding, and supplier applications.
  • Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, stationery, and equipment within budget.
  • Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming office environment.
About You
  • Previous experience in office management, reception or administration.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
