Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming calls at reception
- Oversee the reception inbox, respond to queries and redirect emails as needed
- Coordinate car park bookings and maintain an up-to-date register
- Welcome visitors and manage the end-to-end visitor process
- Monitor and maintain office inventory (stationery, kitchen supplies, etc.)
- Provide basic Level 4 facilities support and handle daily operational needs
- Liaise with external providers (maintenance, building management, food suppliers, etc.) and coordinate onsite visits
- Manage incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distribution
- Provide general office support to staff
- Raise purchase orders for services and supplies, including maintenance and office essentials
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident multitasker with excellent organisational skills
- Experience in reception, administration, or office support
- Someone friendly, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed
- Supportive team environment with a smooth handover
- Consistent Monday–Friday hours (no weekends)
- Convenient St Kilda Road location close to public transport
