Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in scheduling/planning (Industrial Services/Logistics experience preferred but not necessary)
- Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and asset management
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work autonomously in remote site conditions
- Willingness to commit to a FIFO lifestyle and contribute to a high-performance team
Requirements
- Direct flights to Moomba only flying from Adelaide/Brisbane- Candidates from other locations would need to get to these airports at their own cost
- WH&S to be completed prior to commencement (certificate to be presented to site manager on arrival)
- Completion of company inductions
- Pre-employment medical
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed schedules for maintenance, shutdowns, and service activities & delivery
- Allocate equipment and resources based on job scope, availability, and safety needs
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and field teams to align plans with site priorities
- Monitor project progress and make real-time schedule adjustments as required
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols
- Use planning and scheduling tools to manage workflows and reporting
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
