Goal Indigenous Services are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across commercial and civil environments, in Darwin, NT.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
  • Coordinate site activities, labour, materials, and equipment to maintain construction schedules.
  • Conduct daily pre-start meetings, site inductions, and maintain accurate site documentation and records.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project timelines, budgets, and overall project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead and support site teams, fostering a positive and safety-focused work environment.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards through regular inspections and safety meetings.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions where required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role within construction or civil projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project documentation.
  • Relevant construction qualifications, licences, and tickets highly regarded.
