What You’ll Do
- Sort recyclables on a fast-moving conveyor line in a noisy, dusty environment
- Perform maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Assist with cleaning and site upkeep
- Support audits and provide accurate reporting
- Follow and review procedures to ensure safety and continuous improvement
- Physically fit and able to work on repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliable
- Safety-conscious and self-motivated
- Team player who can also work independently
- High attention to detail
- Forklift license
- Experience in baling or previous waste/recycling roles
- Hands-on, active role in a team-focused environment
- Training provided for safety and site procedures
- Opportunity to develop skills in waste management and recycling
