Job Brief:
Meet people as they arrive at transfer stations, record their details & direct people to the correct location to unload their waste & recycling.
Responsibilities:
- Direct & manage traffic entering & exiting the site
- Monitor all vehicle movements to ensure safe & efficient flow
- Assist customers with enquiries & provide a high standard of service
- Maintain a clean, tidy, & hazard-free environment within the Transfer Stations & office areas
- Accurately complete all required records & paperwork
- Ability to travel between Redland Bay & Brikdale
- Good written communication skills
- Great customer service
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
