Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh all incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Direct traffic and monitor vehicle movement on-site
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide professional service
- Maintain weighbridge and office areas in a clean, safe, and hazard-free condition
- Complete records, data entry, and reporting using computerized systems
- Perform general administrative duties including answering calls and directing enquiries
- Moderate computer skills and numerical aptitude
- Customer service experience
- First Aid Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
