LABOUR HIRE AND RECRUITMENT

Goal Indigenous Services provides labour hire and recruitment solutions for your organisation or project, no matter the size or scope.  Our ultimate goal is to provide as many employment opportunities for Indigenous people as possible.

We have the resources to completely manage solutions end to end if required, including:

We can also assist with

INDIGENOUS APPRENTICES AND TRAINEES

Goal Indigenous Services can assist you through the whole journey of sourcing, placing and supporting a trainee or apprentice within your organisation. We will help you to source the ideal candidate for the role then guide you through the process of on boarding, enrolling with an appropriate Registered Training Organisation, and accessing the Government incentives that you may be eligible for.

The West Gate Tunnel project is an excellent example of this service.

In Victoria and Tasmania, we are a Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) contract holder with the National Indigenous Australians Agency.

Goal VTEC works closely with services, individuals and communities to identify, train (where required) and support Indigenous people into work.

At the same time, we work with employers, employment and support services and Indigenous communities to identify jobs and establish start requirements.

HR MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We understand that not everyone has the time or expertise to focus on people management. When working with Goal IS you will have access to a range of skilled and experienced recruitment specialists to place Indigenous employees in your business.

Some of the HR Management services that Goal can manage are:

INDIGENOUS EMPLOYMENT CONSULTATION

Goal’s mission is to help Indigenous people gain sustainable employment and economic independence. However, we know that many organisations may be unsure about where to start increasing the diversity and Indigenous representation in their workforce.  Some organisations shy away from employing Indigenous people because they feel they (or their workforce) may not have the cultural awareness or understanding they need.

Goal Indigenous Services aims to break down these barriers and offer a range of cultural awareness training to help employers confidently employ and manage Indigenous people with the understanding of local Indigenous history.

Our services can include:

Before signing up to Goal VTEC, I had been job searching for three months. Within two months of registering with Goal VTEC, I successfully gained a cleaning role with a major project in the civil construction space. That opportunity led to being offered a full time Certificate III Civil Construction Apprenticeship which I’m excited about.
